That’s me in the epic visor and hand-me-down purple tartan trousers, somewhere around 1993. Back when I was busy dipping my putter in cola. My brother and co-founder is standing just to my right, proudly wearing his British Army Golf Club polo.

I can still see it now a warm Thursday evening in Germany, standing on the tiny practice green with the greenkeeper’s old caravan behind us, gravel trolley park beside, and the first tee stretching out ahead toward that long par-4 with the out-of-bounds barracks running down the right.

Moments like that built the foundation for FOCUSGOLF. We’ve always been obsessed with the game, from playing and greenkeeping as teenagers, to studying golf and later building families and businesses along the way.

FOCUSGOLF is the result of all those years, all those fairways, and all those lessons. It’s our way of giving back to the game we grew up with. Simple, well-made gear, built for people who love golf as much as we do.
