RETURNS

At FOCUSGOLF, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality apparel and accessories. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to read our Returns Policy below:

All items can be returned in line with our Returns Policy. You have 14 days from the day of delivery receipt of your order to notify us of your return for a refund, exchange or credit note. and a further 14 days from this notification to return any items to us.  This period includes weekends and bank holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items returned are fully examined and must be in the exact condition as received.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTES:

The Return Policy only applies to the original purchase and the original price paid for the items.

Any items that have been returned to us found to be used or damaged will not be accepted and the return will be rejected. We will notify you of this by email. Any items subject to a refund refusal under these conditions will be the responsibility of the purchaser to have redelivered or they will be destroyed.

Returned goods that have been purchased on a gift certificate or credit note will only be allocated a credit note.

Any item received as a free of charge gift must be returned back with the original goods or the cost of this free item will be chargeable.

All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a registered service such as Royal Mail's Tracked Service which is available via the Royal Mail website (https://parcel.royalmail.com). For returns from Ireland, Europe and other countries, please use a courier of your choice.

Once a return has been approved by email, we will give instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received your return, please allow 10 working days for us to process the returned items. The monies refunded will be to the original payment method used (e.g. Credit Card, Gift Card). Note: In some circumstances we request evidence via photographs to assist us with your return.

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that an item of faulty or incorrect clothing or apparel is received, please follow instructions on the Customer Support section below. Do not send the item back until you have been contacted by one of our Customer Support team.

Upon receipt of the faulty item back to us we will deliver the replacement to you at our cost as soon as possible if requested.

We will review your return and email you confirmation as well as provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
